Services

 I handle all aspects of workers' compensation matters for state-funded and self-insured employers, before, during and after the administrative and hearing processes.  I also provide hearing coverage as needed on a flat-fee basis throughout the state of Ohio.

 I have successfully represented employers with workers' compensation issues in the Ohio civil court system, both in appeals to common pleas courts concerning various claim-related issues and also in Mandamus actions at the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court levels.
